The BDR, Business Development Representative role is perfect for any student wishing to start their career in Management, Business Development and the Sales world.
This is an exciting position for young graduates and / or candidates wishing for their first experience in sales in an international environment.
It teaches the skills of prospecting, deal qualification and sales.
It is a very strategic role that later allows the BDR to access roles such as Account Executive, Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
Zadeika & Adam is looking to offer remote internship in Business Development to
consolidate its presence in Europe. The aim is to allow students to execute their internship in an international company and take charge of the prospection in their own region (ex: British students prospecting clients in the UK).
BDR Program

This internship is part of the BDR Program developed by Zadeika & Adam in collaboration with managers in the United States and the United Kingdom on the basis of prospecting and sales methods used in international companies such as Amazon, Salesforce and Adobe.

The student will be taught:

How to plan and execute an effective Territory Strategy

Business Development skills (Marketing, Brand Management, Sales)

Cold calling and Prospecting methods
-
Deal qualification methods such SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, MEDIC, etc.

Business Strategy: analysis, benchmark, research and execution

Use the Technology ecosystem for the prospection and sales role (CRM, marketing tools, marketing automation tools, social media automation tools etc. )
The Role
This role is essential for the company because the objective of the BDR is to have engaging conversations with our potential clients to discover their challenges, their requirements and help them understand how Z&A can support them in their project.
Our BDRs are therefore the first point of contact for all new prospects to discuss our services and will be responsible for engagement / contact with our potential clients throughout the Southern Europe territory.
The successful candidate will use an inquisitive approach, with ambition and resourcefulness to achieve specific business and marketing goals. A proactive and progressive work practice is crucial, in order to identify / qualify / develop new business opportunities in the exciting world of Architectural Design.
The candidate should have skills in establishing credible relationships with clients and will be responsible for building brand awareness, prospecting for future clients and creating a pipeline of opportunities.
Task to Develop

Communicate quickly & efficiently our architectural design and strategy services

Reach out to potential clients using social media (LinkedIn), cold calling, and other prospecting means (we're big fans of smart communication here!).

Identify new sales opportunities

Be entrepreneurial with the desire to be coached while working independently

Handle high volume prospecting

Work closely with sales teams on the business development strategy

Qualify the needs of prospects and position the Zadeika & Adam offer appropriately

Achievement of specific sales and marketing objectives

Develop deep knowledge of the Design, Retail, Hospitality and Luxury sectors.
Skills of the Student

English Mandatory - Other languages are a plus

A university degree in a commercial, management, marketing field or equivalent experience. (Diploma in progress or validated)
