The purpose to create a destination for art, attractive to Harrods customers and visitors through calm and minimal space that lets art speak for itself. Keeping within Harrods Home context, the reflection of luxury and residential environment was key while adding points of difference as moments of pause in the customer journey differentiating from other rooms. Control of lighting, flexibility, unique identity, quality and customer service were some of the key words which were important within the design scheme.
